Jarabacoa Waterfalls On your way to Salto Jimenoa Uno you can stop off at Salto Baigute for a quick on your own experience of the waterfall. The hike to Salto Jimenoa Uno ends at the famous waterfall where Jurrasic park was filmed. There is also a touristy fall closer to Villa Celeste Estate known us Salto Jimenoa (there are two waterfalls with the same name, the steeper and more challenging - Salto Jimenoa Uno, our favorite).
Parasiling with Flying Tony. Parasail over the mountains of Jarabacoa (or Bonao depending on the weather). Costs: $65 USD per person. You need no prior experience. You will parasail with a pilot NOT alone. If you have BACK issues or LEG injuries it is not recommended. If the wind conditions are not perfect the pilots will drive you to Bonao (about a 30 min drive from Jarabacoa) to parasail. If the wind conditions are not as they should be the excursion DOES NOT take place. They do not parasail on rainy overcast days.
